Then winter came, so the vineyards could finally sleep for a while...
But the work of the wine grower never stops; he has to cut, to clean, to take care of every detail and to prepare everything for the next season. He lives into an everlasting and natural circle... He has to be in perfect rhythm with mother earth; and he has to feel it deeply. To bring a wine up means a lot of work and sensitivity; and a lot of love too. Because nothing good on earth grows witout love. Nothing nice comes without care. Nothing great happens without hope and faith....

I’ve taken this picture today at 4:00 pm, at 10 km from my village, in a famous wine area called Faugčres... No manip except some clarity addition and contrast.

A beautiful image ... and you know how I long to touch that dry grass, feel the wind and watch those clouds float by ... :love:

I would love to see this vista again, from a similar point of view during a "greener" season. If there are any such images amongst your gallery collection, could you possibly show me the links to them ?

my mother has hundreds of flower pots, with all kind of plants. and yes, they do feel her love. she puts so much passion in taking care of them, everyday she offers them more than just water. but love, as well, and yes, they are the most beautiful and healthy flowers i`ve ever seen. :flowerpot:

and then i look at your photograph, which is so beautiful. not only the wine grower offers love to the vineyard, but the nature as well - the clouds give it coolness, and raindrops, to refresh it, to moisture it, and then the sun gives the needed light for its growth. everything works perfect together. and the vineyard enjoys all this process giving the fruit to the wine grower, and softly smiling in the sunlight. :sun:

Those flawless, equal, parallel rows are fascinating! It's almost like an optical illusion-- the way that you can look at them and see so many different perspectives! I really like the texture of the grass in the foreground... it's juxtaposed well with all of the linear elements in the rest of the shot!
