This sign surely means "Forbidden to climb the street lamp"..... And the small one just below : "Don't lie down the bridge"... Fortunately for me, no sign for : "Forbidden to take stupid pictures"... oof, I would be already jailed...

that lamp looks like a rose that has died out, or an aging person who have their backs bent. both the lamp and the sign seem to look like they're trying to reach out for each other. the rich light blue aky withfaint clouds woondering about the sky gives some kind of empty feeling.. and makes that funny looking lamp look very far away and veru high above than that sign over there. great work
