I just wish that all the stairways could lead to heaven and that all the windows would have a view on a free blue sky...

Typical Mediterranean houses in my village, Southern France. Some houses are so narrow and so high that their windows seem to be the open and free loopholes of an unassailable and pacific tower...
One window here is reflecting the blue sky; or maybe has just let it in...
